Program Coordinator - IHS

A great IHS Program Coordinator will:

• Support and work with individuals with a variety of disabilities

• Lead, supervise and train a small team of IHS staff

• Attend weekly management team meetings

• Participate in individual care team meetings

• Ensure compliance of SMB Disability Solutions’ policies and procedures

You Are:

• Someone who shares SMB's core values: Dependability, Excellence, Personal Growth, Integrity, Compassion, and Team Approach

• Someone who loves people and is willing to help them reach their full potential

• Someone with experience working with people with disabilities

• Someone who has a valid drivers license

• Over 19 with a High School Diploma or GED

• Able to pass a criminal background check and provide a few references

Hours:

• 40 hours per week

• Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm

• Occasional on-call availability for phone calls after 5pm (with compensation)

• Occasional Saturdays planned out in advance

Pay: Starting at $19.50 per hour
