Individualized Home Supports (IHS) - DSP

Individualized Home Support (IHS) DSP Staff provide one to one supports to people living with disabilities in their homes and the community. Staff promote independence in people by focusing on achieving their personal goals. IHS Staff enjoy a variety of perks:

- No personal cares/minimal medication administration
- Work cell phone provided
- Working with a diverse population in a variety of locations

Requirements:

• Someone who shares SMB’s core values: dependability, excellence, personal growth, integrity, compassion, and team approach

• Over 18 with a high school diploma or GED

• Able to pass a background check

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Hours: Full Time

Pay: $16.00
