Direct Support Professional - Residential Support Services

A great DSP will:

  • Invest themselves in the lives of people. Whether it's a fun activity, helping with day to day growth, playing games or a heartfelt conversation about goals and dreams, DSP's make an impact in people’s lives.

DSP Requirements:

  • Able to pass a criminal background check and provide a few references

  • Licensed to drive in the United States

Positions: Full Time | M- F | 6:30am - 2:30pm | 40 hours per week

Part Time | Every other Friday and Saturday overnight 10:30pm - 6:30am sleep shifts | 16 hours per pay period

Pay: $16.00/hour daytime

$13.05/hour sleep hours

Day Program Assistant

Day Program Assistants:

  • Invest themselves in the lives of people. Whether it's organizing a fun trip to the movie theater or leading a group session on Wellbeing, Day Programs Assistants are caregivers who want to help every individual believe in their greater purpose and value.

  • Maintain healthy relationships throughout SMB. An excellent work environment is a destination. Honest communication, supportive teammates and trust in each other are the vehicles that take us there.

  • Keep themselves educated. From state required training and life experiences, to books, blogs, conferences, and articles, we can't wait to share practical resources with you to keep you challenged and growing.

You Are:

  • Able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 4pm

  • Over 18 with a High School Diploma or GED

  • Able to pass a criminal background check

  • Licensed to drive in the United States
